Yes it happens quite often. Judah went back to 140. Floyd and Pac chose not to stay at 154 as did Whitaker. Hearns dropped from 175 down to 160. Roy Jones went from heavyweight back down to light heavyweight. Chris Byrd went down to 175 unsucessfully. James Toney went down to 200 and was still fat as hell. Emile Griffith went from 160 back to 147 and hundreds of other fighters went down in weight.
