Roy Jones was in Devil's Advocate !!!

I watched this movie at least twice in the past and never really noticed this. I've been in the mood for occult type of movies so I pulled this up after watching "They Live" starring Rowdy Rowdy Piper and Neo and Al Pacino attend a Roy fight at about 1:11 in the movie.

Just a fun fact for NSB if you didn't already know.

BTW if you have not seen "They Live" and you can deal with 80's movies you need to watch it.

Yes, I remember when Pacino asked Keanu if he was a fan of boxing and then threw a couple of punches in the air as he mentioned Roy's name.

By the way, if you want a really dark, unknown film I recommend William Friedkin's "Sorcerer" from 1977. It's really different and has a heavy, tense atmosphere.

They Live is one of my favorites, Roddy Piper is a good actor very natural, its a shame they didnt give him more movies I didn't like the ending but man I love those type of flicks. Also the original Assault on precinct 13. The best zombie movie of all time is the Dawn of the Dead original I love how they were in the mall and enjoying themselves for a while. I also like Monster squad.

I have a lot of cult classic favorties from the 80s but cant think of them off the top of my dome,

Yea, "They Live" was great. You don't get that kind of thing anymore. Everyone takes everything so seriously that good B-films just don't happen unless they are the contrived stuff you see now. In addition to Dawn, the "Zombi" flicks are also great zombie fare. Italian horror FTW.
