Manny without a doubt. He's carried his power from Flyweight and has been able to knock down the top dawgs in some of their own divisions.

I was gonna say hands down Prince Naseem, but I tend to forget of how many weight classes Pac has jumped, and pretty much has carried his left hand w/ him and has kd alot of top rated competition and k.o'd guys along the way. I think the people the Pac has kd or k.o'd are in general more superior than Naz had to deal with. Having said that I think Naz has the hands down edge on overall power, whereas Pac has that one-huge bomb that pretty much detonates on fools faces.

I'm not too sure. Pac's straight left money punch has so much leverage put into it. It's a lunging punch basically. Check the KD punch from Barrera(3rd Rd) and Marquez(1st KD,1st Rd). On the other hand, Hamed and R.Marquez doesn't need that much leverage to put people off their feet
