Joel Julio???

I've read a few articles about this kid being called the best prospect out there...I haven't seen the kid fight yet, anyone here has seen him fight? Is he really that good?

yea i seen him fight i think he is columbian... he was fightin on espn i think..cause i remember floyd mayweather sayin that joel julio reminds him of a younger trinidad

Yup, I saw him on ESPN as well. He's Colombian and I believe it was Floyd doing the guest commentator thing at the time. He's quite aggressive and has good power. Haven't seen him since.

Guys, I made a thread about him a long time ago saying how I think he would soon be able to beat Cotto. Ive liked Floyd since the 1st time I saw him very early in his career and knew he would be a beast. I say the same for this kid. I have seen him like 4 times and this dude is the real deal. He is sort of like Cotto but better. His power is awesome and he is technically sound but something about him is just different. This kid has the look of a great fighter. If you watch him fight then you would know what I mean. I think he could give almost all the top guys hell right now

Nah, its not like that homie. I just picked Cotto out because of the division and because Cotto reminds me the most of him.

Anyone seen Juan Urango fight? I think he's columbian too, W 16 (13 ko's)-0 losses,I was reading something about "dream matchups for 2006" Joel Julio was mentioned,and juan urango-cotto ,since Urango has the amateur win over cotto (Yeah i know,not that thats meant much)
