    Really?

First of all, lay off Shane. Shane has earned the right to say whatever he wants. Second, I can tell by your avatar you are another bogus fan who thinks Mayweather has GOD somewhere in his name. Guess what? He doesn't! HE has never faced a fighter who can do what Cotto does inside a boxing ring. You know why? Because he stopped fighting the best when he left Arum. He only fights for money and that is why he is losing May 5th, 2012. Last but not least, Shane will STOP Alvarez in a shocker so get ready! Alvarez is over-rated and if Gomez was out-boxing him, Shane can as well. If he has anything left, he will win.

First of all. I didn't question Mosley's right to say anything, I just pointed out that I think he is showing signs of brain damage because what he said didn't make much sense at all, if any. And Mayweather has faced several fighters like Cotto before. Jose Luis Castillo (who was a better fighter), Henry Bruseles and Ricky Hatton all have comparable styles to Cotto. The only difference is that Cotto is much slower than Castillo and Hatton were. He's flat footed and therefore easy to hit. He is going to get chopped up earlier than they did. Just a few months ago people were saying that Cotto is done and predicting that he would lose to a bum (Margarito), who still managed to land a lot of punches on him because Cotto's defence is so poor. Considering that Margarito, quite possibly the slowest and most predictable fighter in the sport, landed on Cotto as much as he did, what do you think Mayweather, who is without doubt the quickest and most accurate and precise fighter in the sport, is going to do to him? Cotto is going to get beaten and beaten badly. I see him getting stopped.

It's funny how people were saying "Cotto is done, Margarito is going to beat him" and now all of a sudden people are saying that he is reborn and is going to beat Mayweather. Come on now. It's just not going to happen. Mayweather is a class or two above anyone that Cotto has ever faced and everyone is going to see it on May 5th. This fight is going to look like a hybrid of the Bruseles and Marquez fights. Cotto is going to try and box carefully and fight in spurts, but he is just going to get picked off over and over again, exchange after exchange, round after round until he either gets knocked out, stopped by the accumulation or simply goes into survival mode and gets on his bike like he did against Pacquiao.
