If Toney beats Rahman I change my vote to Toney...
Who will leave boxing with the best legacy out of Toney, Jones and Hopkins?

toney's legacy is marred by the steroid thing and getting demolished by jones in their superfight.
jones will be known for being a fight dodger who got brutally exposed twice.
hopkins on the other hand, is known for beating every top MW in his era (save for taylor and jones), KOing tito and oscar, and of course making the longest and most successive title reign in middleweight history.
the legacy that hopkins etched in the annals of time is far less flawed than jones' or toney's.Comment

**** are you ******.
Jones won titles from Middleweight to Heavyweight and beat 16 current or former Champions.
Saying he got 'exposed' at 35 is like suggesting Hector Camacho and Terry Norris finally 'exposed' Ray Leonard.
You really need to pull your head out of your ass before you type some of the non sense you come up with.Comment

Originally posted by oldgringoAnother thing I give those guys points for is lasting late into their careers. Both men are successful because of their talent, toughness and ring smarts. They are both very technically sound and know the ins and outs of the game like the backs of their hands.
Roy never adapted once his reflexes went away. Almost EVERY great champion was able to fall back on their wits and toughness once their skills diminished in order to win. Just look at Ali, Foreman, Hagler, Robinson, Leonard, Duran, etc...all of them fell back on technique/smarts/toughness. A glaring example of Roy not being able to adapt to this is with Glen Johnson. You think Toney would have let Johnson rush his ass like that without taxing him and making him pay? Hell no...Comment
