Put Canelo in there with Kirkland for an easy W (in my eyes) then make the Mayweather bout (more hype). If Canelo doesn't fix his D or head movement by then... EASY UD for Floyd.

That's what will happen, and it'll be a legit fight if Canelo can beat a Top SWW. I still have my doubts. Canelo can definitely beat Kirkland, but it'll be interesting to see if Canelo can handle Kirkland's power.

I think we'll get Mayweather-Alvarez in December (if Canelo beats a Top SWW in September), Mayweather-Khan in May/June 2013 (if Khan beats Peterson and a Top WW like Berto-Ortiz II winner), than I don't know.

Since Sergio is fighting Chavez/Lee in September, the earliest that could happen is May/June 2013. I hope Mayweather-Martinez happens then, but I wouldn't be upset with Mayweather-Khan, especially if Khan beats Peterson and someone like the Ortiz-Berto winner.

Floyd has good options left, more so than Manny at this point.

Canelo fights often man. 6 months, which is what he's coming off now, is the longest he's ever been off. He fought in March, June, September, and November last year. I don't see why he couldn't fight in May, September, and December this year. No way does Floyd fight in October, he gets out of jail Late July/Early August. They announce his PPV fights at least 3 months in advance. October isn't enough time at all. November, that's going to be Manny's month, they never have 2 PPV's in the same month. December makes the most sense.

No, but it'll make sense if Canelo beats a Top SWW first in September. Who else should Floyd fight in Late 2012/December??? Manny will be fighting the JMM-Rios winner, Sergio is fighting the Lee-Chavez winner, Khan will be fighting his first WW fight in Late 2012 probably, who else???

If Canelo beats a Top SWW, it makes a Floyd fight more legit and possible.

If Canelo beats a Kirkland-Molina-Lara-Cotto in September, he'd most likely be the #2 SWW. If they fought in December, when Floyd has no one else to fight, it'd probably be for the Lineal Title. Floyd should just do that, there's no one else out there for December 2012 other then Canelo.

Once Bob/manny said no this year, you knew this would be the backup. Kudos to GBP and MP for building Canelo on his undercards in the anticipation of bob/manny pulling the same old crap.

I'd prefer Mayweather Martinez in Nov and floyd/manny in May then floyd/canelo May 2014
