    For Mosley, Cotto has 'break'

Before you read an incomplete article or a bad translation... here is a preview......

Mosley said in an interview with Lester Jiménez......

"It will be a very interesting and difficult fight for both."

"Cotto has the power in his fists. It is a very strong boxer who knows how to fit well the blows, but accustomed to lower the intensity as the fight progresses."

"Mayweather is fast boxer with great skills in the ring and can be adapted in the middle of the fight."

"The first four or five rounds of the fight will be crucial and thereafter will define the rest. If Floyd did not take it seriously, Miguel could emerge victorious in the encounter."

    On the Bold:

That could be a partially misleading statement since yes, Cotto has faded later into fights BUT, on his last two fights (Mayorga and Margarito) he was full of steam on the championship rounds (Mayorga) and full-on on the 10th rd on the Margarito.

But I do agree that the 1-5 rounds will be crucial and the development of the fight. If Miguel could establish a pace, cause some damage and establish his power EARLY (1-3 rounds) and making Floyd feel his power up and down stairs it could define the fight.

Yeah you know I think Cotto has improved in many areas including keeping his intensity and not staying at ropes / being more elusive.... this is also one of the best adjustment.

Mosely is talking about his experience... before Cotto changed trainer... 9 fights before this one.

The non-aggressive style of May favors Cotto. Also, lets see if Cotto will be able to maintain the intensity thru 12 rounds to have a better chance against May. It will be a very good fight... probably a very close UD or SD to May.
