    Boxing for body Fitness ?

    Hi Guys....

    Boxing is considered very difficult game of sports as it need more stamina and food but it is also considered best sports for the physical and mental fitness . People who do this may keep away themselves from diseases and look healthy and fit in their lives .

    Don't over complicate things... how about simple exercise?

    Get a WII and play Punchout. Just Dance 1-3. WII tennis.
    You don't need boxing. In real boxing, you get HIT and you may go fetal in front of your peers. Getting hit in not good physically or mentally.....
