    Las Vegas,Nevada --- Former world champion Brandon "Bam Bam" Rios, Cuban boxer Richard Abril, and junior welterweight Mike Alvarado talk to reporters during television interviews for their upcoming fights on Saturday night at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, live on Pay Per View. Rios faces Abril in the main event, with Alvarado taking on Mauricio Herrera in the co-feature. Also on this championship double-header telecast is Juan Manuel Marquez, who will go for an historic fourth world title in as many different weight divisions when he takes on WBO European junior welterweight champion Sergey Fedchenko for the vacant WBO interim 140-pound world title.     rios needs to make this his last fight at 135. i wonder if he makes weight at the scales and don't rehydrate slowly the right way.john murray was garbage and he was connecting on rios easy in the first half of the fight.if abril gets those shots in early then rios could lose this fight.

      I find this a bit strange...most guys who are big for their division will weigh around 8-12 pounds above their division, thats the weight they like and they cut the last 8-12 lbs of water the day b4 (36hrs) and they look like skeletons the day of the weigh in. Rios did that too, but last fight he dropped a lot of weight and not enough, this time he already looks like he's not hydrating...he looks ****ed up like he did monday almost a week b4 the fight :s not sure what he's doing here but to me its a bad sign. He needs to go to 140, but he shouldn't stay long there either, he's a natural WW in my eyes
