Tarver is unknown in America. a Dull boring non exciting pug who is unknown and unliked. No career no fan interest can;t sell any tickets. Tarver is a joke a beanpole thin joke. Plus he's 50. he wasn't any good at 30.

Tarver is the best Cruiserweight in the world. There is noone in that division that can see him (I have never seen Hernandez fight). Noone will beat the Klitschko brothers, but I think he would put up a better fight than Mormeck, Haye, Adamek.....

Prime fighters are always weary of moving up in weight. Ie Sergio, Hamed (vs 128 mayweather), Poochiao without catchweights. Theyre always aware of their limits due to size. But something happens when they get shot and over 40 they think they can beat the world. I mean if you asked RJJ or Tarver 7 years ago about fighting Wlad they would tell you that youre crazy, but now at 43 and after loosing to chad dawson, Tarver seriously thinks he can beat Wlad.
