Whats your point?, as long as you do it, great. Some people have the light shining on them, yet others don't. Stop hating and be thankful for Rios giving his time to the kids who need the love and support.

I don't know you, guys, but when I donate to some organization I don't take pics. for the papers. Rios is taking advantage of the program for free publicity. For me this is all crap!

Brandon Rios is doing something great for sick kids and you think its crap because its not kept top secret, are you serious? Anybody who doesnt respect Rios for these kind of things is jackass.

Brandon helped us out this summer by auctioning off a signed glove from his last fight. There was very little talk about it then. I spoke with him personally and dealt with his team. They are all very sincere and genuinely just want to help. He really went all out to help us raise money. He sold signed pictures on his website for "Ella" ( the 4th old with now terminal cancer we were raising money for). He did what he could and that's all we can hope for from anyone, including famous athletes. It is a Shame there are cynical a holes like you who talk **** when you have no clue. Maybe if there weren't more people would extend themselves to do more without fear of being criticcized for it. More people would follow the example and the world would be better off for it. He can't help it people are interested in what he does and want to know more about it. He didn't ask for the publicity.

I agree with the so-called ahole to an extent, but I do see your point of view as well. IMO Rios' act is sincere in helping those kids with cancer, but in helping them just cope with it. There is no prevention or cure through this typical and politically correct path. Just "awareness" so people are "aware" of this oh-so-scary cancer so they pay their life away in the hospital. It is a shame all the non-profit raised funds will end up going to the for-profit industries and people that contribute to causing cancer. As long as people stay ignorant in taking care of themselves, this tragic cycle will keep going.

I'm not judging the guy, I'm just pointing out the fact that he's not as squeaky clean as the media portrayed him which means people have to be careful. Don't be so quick to call somebody a class act. Floyd also helped kids suffering from cancer and he's about to go to jail for beating a woman.

Rios DOESN'T give a flying fucc about the cameras or how he is portrayed if he did he wouldn't have made fun of roach's illness (who deserved being mocked IMO) also if he really did it for the cameras he would have elie sechback follow him to the hospital and have him record it and upload it on Youtube
