****ty card imo. alvarado has the best fight on it and hes not worth ppv money, for me. so ill skip it. ut as was mentioned earlier, at least its not on hbo.
Im no one to tell anyone how to spend the money but by buying PPV's like these is what allows not just Top Rank but other promotional companies and networks to allow this kinda crap to happen.
"Well they bought this card, Im sure we could do this and this and HBO/Showtime will accept."
It's not about having the money or not. It's about standing up to these people and getting us, the fans, better fights worth our money. Even if they are $20 PPV's.
Why am I being BAMBOOZLED into buying the Bam Bam PPV with all these fake ass "scuffles" at the conferences???
I mean how much more set up can they be.......from the very first one where Abril "conveniently" shows up to the Gamboa conference EVERYONE knew was a bust....to these set up jobs right now.....
but some how some way they are succeeding in making me want to get this fight.........DAMN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lmfao, I'm on the same boat. You'd think I'd know better, right? Wrong... I just posted that I want to see this fight in another thread hahah. Rios seems to legitimately dislike him.

THAT'S WHAT IM TALKN BOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!hahahahahha
I bought it, because I have the money to spare this month, and I want to see my boy Alvarado. I have to support the Colorado fighter, and his fights looks pretty good. Herrera is coming off some good wins.
Rios-Abril is an alright fight, probably not PPV worthy though. Abril isn't that bad. His two losses were questionable decisions against Prescott and Lundy, fights someone could make the argument that he won. And he is coming off beating Acosta. It's a decent fight, just not a Co-Headline PPV fight.
Marquez-Fedchenko, it's obviously a tune-up and not a very good fight, oh well.
It really would have made more sense to have Marquez just do his Fedchenko fight down in Mexico, and put Rios-Alvarado/Gesta-Abril card on regular HBO.
the scuffles at the press conference are about as real as they are on monday night raw..... from the very first time abril showed up to the press conference writers were already questioning how real it was.....
just goes to show how "real" rios is and i already knew he's a actor much like he carries his "mexican " persona...... se cre muy mexicano el guey pero ni una piche palabra puede decir ni nombrar un pueblo de mexico

Don't be fooled into thinking they are always a set up. A lot of it is real in boxing.
