Why is Ruiz committing a career suicide?

Ruiz is fighting Valuev in Germany in December 17th. We all know that Ruiz cannot KO Valuev. We also all know that there is no way in hell he can win on points in Germany against Valuev. Ruiz will either be KTFOd or lose on points and he must know that. The guy is anything but ******. I know he will fight anybody anywhere but this is a suicide, he will never get that belt back after he loses it. Is he trying to get out of sport with one last good payday? What do you think?

In a perfect world, they knock each other cold.

One is an oversized, overprotected, talentless fraud.

The other is the most awful fighter to watch, that you could dream (nightmare) of.....& an annoying asswipe to boot.

I think it is a combination of no place or network here in the US is willing to buy this fight and the fact that in Germany this fight is huuuuggggge and that is the only way king is going to make money on this fight. Do not kid yourself I am sure Ruiz is very unwilling to go there and fight but king basically tells him he has no other choice. It's about king making money not the safety of Ruiz.

There are alot of bad things you can say about Ruiz; he doesn't box, he wrestles; he fouls..whatever. But there is one good thing that you can say about Ruiz; he doesn't duck anyone, like Chris Byrd and Vitali have done.

I wish the other champions, except Brewster, would stop taking "safe" fights and put everything on the line like Ruiz is doing.
