Tim Bradley on ESPN'S Dan Le Batard...

Just caught the back end of his interview and 5 quick observations...

    1. Grow back the ****in stache, because the Mayweather clean face look at you dawg.

    2. I believe he believe he's going to kick Poochiao's ass, but he sounds too somber and that won't convince the general public.

    3. Read Manny's book....

    4. Dreams about the fight, winning and wakes up crying...

    5. I doubt this fight does 700k in PPV buys, because Tim needs to figure out who he is trying to appeal too.

The fight would sell great, if not am sure Arum would double the PPV numbers, Bradley does have a good chance on his hands but even though I think he would give pac problems I don't see him winning.

I think it will do more than 1.1 mil easy.

"It doesn't matter because Arum won't release the real #'s anyway. The problem in selling the fight is Manny's been looking like ****, and Bradley doesn't appeal to casual fans."

I do agree that Bradley has to have some more depth in his personality to become a big draw or PPV star. He doesn't have an all out explosive and exciting style, and doesn't have a personality to fall back on at all. It'd be great if he could talk some s**t and become a little controversial to sell the fight a little more.

I don'tare about PPV buys really, but I guess it's important with Floyd and Manny sort of.

I see Pac-Bradley doing anywhere from 750-850K in PPV buys. Manny only did 750k with Clottey, a fighter who'd been in with guys like Cotto/Judah. And he only did 850K with Hatton, a guy who'd been in with Tszyu and Mayweather, and sold over 900K PPV's with Floyd.

Bradley has been in with top fighters but not big draws top fighters as of yet. Still, I'll predict 800K PPV's. If Arum comes out and says it did well over 1 million, I won't believe it for a second.

I don't know about that, Bradley is not a big attraction.

" Tim is too respectful to a guy yet to take a drug test, and who needs a HUGE impressive win to remain relevant to the mainstream. Americans are funny consumers, were the type to buy a 5 dollars hamburger because it's a 5 dollar hamburger , eat half of it, disregard the rest then wake up the next day and become vegetarian. Pacquiao's camp know's Bradley is nothing more than a Mayweather stool pigeon to his fans back home, but over here the dude really is a nobody to casuals."

.........Pac only sold 1.15 million with Antonio Margarito. Tim Bradley is about as known to the casual fan as Joshua Clottey was, and that fight sold 750K. I'm thinking 800K. If Bradley was controversial and talked a load of s**t, I think it'd do 1 million. That's not who he is though, at least right now.
