Fans of Boxers make you end up hating the boxers

Now while Pacman fans are the most clueless that I've ever encountered, it's the man & his team that's turned me away. It all started with the Margarito fight. And it kept on building. I've actually witnessed over the stretch of his last 3 fights people are slowly realizing what I've been saying.

Luckily Bradley was the most dangerous fight for him & for that I can respect him a little, but that doesn't change what he's done to me as a fan.

I wouldn't say it's the fans as much, every fighter has at least one annoying fan. But if I'd to pick, it'd be the Pac fans that made me not admire Pac as much as I would like to.

I like or dislike a fighter only by the way they fight in the ring and their conduct outside the ring.Their fans have no effect on how I feel about them.That would
make no sense. A fighter has no controll over what his fans say or do.

the fact that some fans do sometimes go overboard and resort to name calling and foul languages should not be taken against the fighter to whom these fans cling to....

I dont like delusional fans of any fighter. Fl0mos are the worst. I hate guys who sh_it on the truth. I got no problems with pple saying Marquez won the 3rd Pacquiao fight cause I felt the same way. But those clowns who run around saying "Marquez beat Pacquiao 3 times" are a joke to me. I gave the first fight clearly to Pacquiao, the 2nd close to Pacquiao and the 3rd was definitely a marquez win.
but those fanboys just cant say the truth cause they got jiizz all over their eyes.

I don't understand this at all. How do fans of a boxer make you not like a boxer? I can't stand some of the ridiculous nuthuggers around here, but any fighter I don't like, I don't like because of that boxer, I could care less about their fans except for making fun of them.

Mayweather for sure, all his fans calling him GOAT, ATG etc doesn't help at all when in reality all Floyd is known for is his trash talk, racist rants, and sucker punching.

I also hate fans of Marquez who keep crying "robbery" just because they saw their little idol wearing a "I beat Manny Twice" shirt. Compare faces and you'll see why the majority of professional judges had Pac winning the fight.

I also dislike the majority of Danny Garcia's fighters with an exception for Donaire. It's almost as if the majority of fighters in his camp are thugs or down right cheaters.

i dont hate any fighter well mebbe except for margs, but mayweather fans (i am one) can be bad some times very bad. pac fans are worse to me tho, most of them have no clue what they are talking about.

but its cotto fans that take the cake. lol, they are just plain delusional when it comes to the guy.

I will like to know how many of us believe he is an ATG. I can mention three on this site that are delusional, but even his biggest fan dont see him beating Floyd.

Never hated a fighter cuz' of fan base. Never let a fan base dictate my opinion on a fighter.

But, I do dislike fan bases. I'm a Pac fan but the extremist Pac fans are terrible IMO. P4P I think the Klitschko extremist fan base are the worse IMO. Cotto extremist fans are terrible. I think the extremist Floyd fans are just as terrible as the extremist Pac fans. They're just as big ****riders. Those 2 fan bases are just alike. What's funny about the extremist Floyd fans is that they really believe they're real fans of the sport and the sport as whole. It's quite comical.

I agree with you. Extremist fans are not fans at all. They just follow their idol. And most extremist fans come from sharing the same nationality or ethnicity. I'm boricua and I cant stand when they talk about Cotto beating Floyd or still talking about Tito's gift decision over DLH as a great and convincing win.
