Marquez vs Pacquiao 3
Who are you more sympathetic to?

Its true lots of fighters get robbed but Marquez wasn't just robbed of a W but was robbed of being the first (no offense to Morales) legit Mexican four weight world champion.Comment

no need for Sympathy really
THE PEOPLE KNOW JMM WON! I would rather be the "PEOPLES CHAMPIONS" then to walk around with some Bull***** Belt
Sadly it will be a new generation of Boxing fans who will be ignorant to the history of boxing and they will just look up Boxrec and it will say JMM lost to Pacquiao 3 Times, that part SUCKS, but currently most know he won those fights...ESPECIALLY THE LAST ONE, the other two...fine you can argue that is your a BIAS PACQUAIO FAN, I will give you that, but this last fight, you only look like a Bias idiot trying to defend that BSComment

LOL the advice that his corner gave him after the 10th round was "not another round like that OK Oscar.".Oscar-Tito was a joke. DLH won that fight very clearly and yet it's scored for Tito while the boxing press makes up the story that reads like this: "Oh, Oscar was winning the fight but his corner people gave him bad advice by telling him to box smart and so he gave away the last two rounds and so that's how he lost" -_-
I didn't compare that too Marquez-Pac 3, I said that debacle took place a decade ago, as opposed to JMM-MP happened recently.
So I don't know where you got that from where they gave him that advice from.
Again joke of the day, you either let announce team fool you or just got your info from HBO legendary nights. Whatever it is, try watching the fight again.
Now I'm not saying Oscar didn't have a case of winning. I'm not saying Tito clearly won either. However the fight was close. It could have gone either way. Oscar did not sweep the first 8 or 9 rounds clearly. There were a few swing rounds in the first half of the fight that could have gone either way. Depending on how you scored those swing rounds, you would come up with the winner.
But, not a robbery at all no matter how you look at it.Comment

Oh and yeah, what is this I'm reading about Tito not getting a gift decision against De La Hoya??? Everyone knows Oscar outclassed Tito in that match. Sure he back peddled in the last two rounds but that was only after making Tito look desperate trying to be effective. Hell, most puerto ricans watching the fight that night knew Oscar was giving him a boxing lesson. All my friends acted like they won the lotto when the score was read. They thought Oscar was going to win right up to the announcement. Even Tito couldn't believe it. Anyone saying Oscar didn't win most of the rounds, frustrated Tito making him look desperate and landed the cleaner more effective punches is either puerto rican or an oscar hater, point blank. I'll also say this..
If they feel Tito beat Oscar then they'd better feel like Margarito beat Cotto in the rematch because it's basically the same $h!t that happened.Last edited by Agent Mulder; 04-09-2012, 08:57 AM.Comment
