First it was about "Manny wants 14 days cutoff, that's not OST .... in OST there are no cutoff dates!"
Same thing when Floyd fans heard 7 days cutoff from Manny.
but now that the question is raised to Floyd, "oh, it doesn't need to be exactly like the Olympics .... just doing the testing during the training is acceptable for us because Floyd said so!"
Come on, after all these years of saying one thing now you are OK with partial testing? Meaning, possible testing for only 60 of 365 days in the year, for someone like FLoyd who only fights once a year of late.
What if you are a last minute replacement? Your OK with no testing?
