Some might say "oh it's ok if he fights this guy as long as he fights Escobedo" but I wouldn't give him a pass for it. His competition hasn't been all that and Im sure there's gotta be a better tune up than Meza...

good news! I am sure they can find better then Meza Clay before fighting Vicente Escobedo...would be even better if Vicente Escobedo was the next opponent instead of waiting

Argenis Mendez, Juan Carlos Burgos, Miguel Beltran Jr. Those are the realistic and good options for May 19th.

Mendez, Burgos, Beltran, in that order.

A lot of people forget that Argenis Mendez arguably beat Salgado, the #2 ranked SFW and IBF champ. Mendez is legit.

Burgos is a Top 10 SFW though, would be another solid defense for Broner after Perez.

Beltran is an alright fight, one I wouldn't mind too much.

Monty Meza Clay is bulls**t to the fullest though.
