Alright, lets face it. We're all thinking Rios right now. But would he really do that, I mean, I know he's considering Rios as a future opponent for Pacquiao. Why risk having him lose to Marquez when he can put Gesta in there to generate the Philippines vs. Mexico rivalry.

obviously all of that goes out the window if pacquiao will take a fight. to me, marquez won the last fight.

If Marquez fights Mercito Gesta, that's pretty weak. Gesta is nothing more than a prospect right now.

I still think Marquez fights Rios in Texas, and the winner will get Pacquiao in November.

gesta is too inexperienced to fight marquez..and really doesn't deserve a shot at marquez at all. rios would be the better option and would most likely generate more money than gesta vs marquez...

Does Fedchenko or that other guy at 140 deserve a shot?
II know he's too experienced, you never know though. I agree he doesn't deserve a shot, I think the biggest challenge he had was Pimmetel or w/e his name was.

If he is avoiding Rios, that just means that he's just acknowledging Rios a dangerous opponent and a threat to his clamor for another shot at Paqciao. Rios might make him look like an amateurish clown.

He's scared of Rios. Plain and clear.
