Should Mayweather take Broner under his wing?

I think if Broner piggy backs off Floyd some (same promoter/adviser in Al Haymon), he could be a big star even quicker than he should.

If he moved to the Mayweather camp, had Floyd jump in ring after his fights to celebrate with him (he was at Rodriguez fight) he could become more well known quicker.

Sort of like Khan with Pacquiao, Pacquiao and Roach made Khan bigger and known more world wide.

Roach and Pacquiao did not make Khan more well known, Golden boys promotion did and no Mayweather shouldn't do that with Broner.

Just let the fighter grow at his own pace.

So sparring with Pacquiao and all the videos online of the two together didn't help?

For a start I'm sure it endeared Khan to the Filipino fight fans.

I know Mayweather mentioned passing the torch to him but I wonder if he even enjoys this guy mimicking his every move. I know I wouldn't like no grown ass man mimicking me.

Broner should follow floyd business model if and when he becomes a self sustaining commodity, which will be difficult given that boxing isn't as mainstream as it was. I don't think he should copy floyd and become "money" broner.

If I were Broner, I'd jump at the chance to be on NBC or CBS if they put boxing back on major networks.

Don't they already have the same promoter and adviser?
