I know it was just one fight vs a weak opponent but Pavlik using that left hand was something I have never seen him do and even Hopkins said he needs to incorporate the left hand.

Also, Pavlik had nothing but praise to say about the way Garcia runs his gym and camp. He also has some good young fighters in his gym that you will hear about soon, including a Russian kid who is a punching machine.
yea just watch Elie Seckbach videos.

Its like 90% all videos on Roberts gym.

Damn another pressure-brawler type fighter to his stable... Let's see what he can do for Maidana.

            2.

            bad blood infusion. oxnard beef

two guys who can do nothing but scrap. is ortiz gonna box his way to a UD and outclass him? yeah right! ortiz is going bombs away.

ortiz via mid to late round stoppage in another classic.

if maidana gets a good rest (6 months at least. and a tune up fight or two with robert [and some of the best sparring in the US at the robert garcia academy]) he can make a good showing

robert can show him some tricks. he's not going to try and overhaul his style.

maybe maidana can pull out out of the hat again and get a stoppage. these guys know how to hit eachother. they're two of the hardest punchers i've ever seen at 140

the weight would be a huge factor. ortiz looks and performs great at 147. he's huge.

maidana is a smaller guy. at 147 he looked a bit blown up.

Garcia is starting to spread himself WAY too thin adding more and more fighters to his stable. That will backfire on him and some are going to feel cheated on time. It always happens.

                    Lol... No he isn't.

He has a ton of talent around the same weight that can work TOGETHER in prepartion.

Roach has twice as many fighters.

His dad trains his brother Mikey and Donaire starts his camp with other trainers
