Foreman and Vitali had 90 something percent KO ratios at their best weight class but has anyone ever had a 100 % KO ratio like Cotto has at jr middleweight?

Winky might be the best jr middleweight ever but he didnt have near the KO ratio Cotto has and wasnt undefeated at the weight.

Pacquaio had a 100% KO ratio at jr welter which is good but he didnt defend his title and he vacated it. Cotto is "reigning and defending champion" of jr middle with a 100% KO ratio in his title defenses.
