That is severe, if I read right he will be suspended after he clears his medical suspension in Sept. which means he will be out at leas a year and a half out.

Keep the fine but time out of the ring is unjust. It is not like he cheated.

If anything just leave the country and try to do it somewhere else with what ever career he has left

He was massively overrated (see about a million BoxingScene news stories from 2009 to date) and boxing loses nothing from Lopez being out of the ring.

What Juanma said pales in comparison to the trash Mike Tyson said to others - not even close. Even if he gets a penalty, the current one is as if Juanma didn't even take the time to publicly fake an apology.

He got what he deserved!!For being a sore looser, loud mouth, morón & for lying!! He's lucky the ref & his son aren't suing him on defamation charges..& once Juanma said the ref & his son placed bets on Salido & then said "& the COMMISSION KNEW IT & DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT" It doesn't take an Einstein to know they were going to hit him with every thing(sanctions & suspensions) they could..

I dont think it would be wise to fight somewhere else during this 1 year period. Let it expire and then fight in USA. If you fight somewhere outside of USA during this year then when you come back you will be banned from prolly every commission. Do what Margarito did and wait the year then go to a diff State.

oh and I think that Las Vegas/NJ/NY/CA will not grant him a license saying "Suspended in different State". Its not like he was banned from some Peruvian Boxing Commission (PBC ALL DAY). It was from Puerto Rico. IF LV/CA do give him a license, that will be worse than spitting in PR's face, meaning LV/CA will be saying PR Commission is Micky Mouse.

IDK what it is but within the last 2 years or so the commissions and belt organizations are going crazy with fines and bans. Being banned for a year for complaining about the ref is way way out of line. I could see if he threatened the ref or something but all he did was make a verbal complaint, the PR commission is full of themselves. **** them, he can fight in New York then.

Maybe a year off will do him some good. Start thinking about getting a new trainer first then go from there. Damn a whole year for what he said is a long time.

way too harsh, it's not like he beat up a ref or somethin..fine him but let the man earn some money and he cant do that without fighting.
