Well, some people think boxer-punchers are considered pressure fighters.

But I'd go with Duran, Chavez Sr, and Tyson. There's been good boxer-punchers recently that some people might consider "pressure" fighters, like Tito Trinidad. What about Calzaghe, does he count? Not an all time great, but recently, he was pretty good, don't know if he qualifies though..
