JMM vs Khan @ 140 today

when this fight was being talked about a couple years back, i didnt like it and thought it would be best for JMM (my favorite!) to avoid khan. i thought it was a bad style match-up and that khan was just too big for him.

i don't feel that way anymore and havent since the maidana fight. i don't think khan is that technically sound and he relies more on his athleticism.

JMM figures him out and breaks him down in my opinion. i think marquez would time him and maybe catch him with one of those beautiful uppercuts. khan tries to be like pacquiao with the in-out movement but he doesn't have the skillset. i think it would be similar to the pacquiao fights but ending on a late stoppage or clear decision for marquez

khan's a bit of a b1tch but he's got a style that is all wrong for marquez
he's very fast, very long, and has legs that a 2000 year old lightweight like marquez cant deal with. big steps and fast feet on khan.

solid power too. certainly enough to hurt marquez

if khan fights the right fight he wins


howevuh, if khan gasses out or takes any mental breaks a great fighter like marquez could work his way into the fight


khan via decision is my bet. straddle it with marquez via knockout. dwyer style. if he can get past the youth and the size and speed marquez would drown him if he got him into deep water. still picking khan via decision

i dont know why would some people here claim that jmm trouble pac it he automatically beats khan

and khans style is far from pac
pac doesnt backpedal after throwing every after combinations
which would make jmm hardly catch khan

khans has reach & jabs which i think would cause jmm trouble

been wanting to see this fight for a couple of years now. I think khan would take the first 3 or 4 rounds but then after that it would be all jmm. I got jmm possibly stopping him in the later rounds via tko. jmm exposes khan badly.

Khan jumps in with his amateur combo attemps. JMM solves him in 2 rounds and k.o's him in 8 rounds.

Khan went life and death with Maidana and lost to Peterson. Seriously people.

I go with JMM. Til Kahn does something of note, I'll consider him. You don't go life and death with Maidana, Lose to Peterson, get KOd by Breidis and expect anyone to think you beat JMM. Physical advantages be damned. I'll go with history and fighter skill over style on this one cuz Im being a hater right now
