Khans problem is he thinks he's greater and more popular than he actually is. He's always talking about respect but shows none himself. He's always talking about money and paydays but if he gets beaten again by Peterson he's going to have a reality check because he won't be in a position to get the lions share in big fights anymore.

He's got more followers on twitter then eddie Hearn, Carl froch, kell brook and the rest of hearns fighters put together. So yeah he's by far more popular. In terms of bringing in the money of course he does. He has the HBO spot he's been the one fighting on PPV he's sold out 20K+ crowds from the start of his career and he's the one with all the big endorsement deals. He's earned £20M onwards already in his career.

What's the popularity of those guys got to do with Khan? Khan talks like he's on the same level as Mayweather and Pacquiao when he's clearly not. Respect is earned but Khan demands it while showing lack of respect to others. He's been very lucky that he has been heavily promoted since before his first pro fight and somehow he thinks that gives him the right to belittle others that haven't had the opportunities he has. He uses lame excuses like "he's only looking for a payday" like it is a bad thing that a fighter wants to make money and then turns down fights because he wants to earn a bigger split than his opponents.

This is a khan vs brook thread right? So That's what those guys popularity has gotta do with khan. In comparison to Floyd and manny no1 is close so that's irrelevant.

If khan offers someone 3 X there biggest payday and they still turn it down then yeah he can say there asking too much.

Like I said khan brings the HBO date the sky sports date he's had fights on PPV so if he wants the bigger split against most opponents it's because he deserves it

              Not even surprised.

I don't even like Peterson, but I hope he smacks the one-dimensional runner around in the rematch.
