Freddie and alex both know and before they were hired to train Chavez both were continually begging top rank for a Chavez vs martirosyan bout as they knew that their fighter which at the time was vanes would whoope that hypejob. All this is is Freddie prOtecting his pocketbook... Vanes has already come out and said he would accept fight and guess what Freddie hasn't trained vanes the last few fights and has had no issues with that as he's given vanes his blessing on using his current full time current trainer (Edmond tarverdyan, glendale fighting club)

Chavez will beat Vanes, I don't think Vanes is THAT good. Neither is Julio at this moment, but I still think he works Vanes down to win a decision or late stoppage. If Andy Lee can box well, stick and move with Julio, he can win a decision. But it'd have to be really convincing. If the rounds were sort of close and Julio had his moments, you know those rounds are going to him, regardless if Lee out landed him and boxed well.

If Jr. really makes 160, no drugs, and that's a big if. And if they fight in Philidelphia, or Ireland even. Lee kicks his butt, no doubt. But Jr. has the WBC, his daddies influence, and a permanent hometown advantage. Lee isn't that good, decision loss to an overweight, at home, well protected cash cow.
