I'd say so. Not saying it craps all over Pac's win but I think a win at 154 is better.

And You say oh the weight dont matter like you know and Roach dont , its an oxymoron knowing that Pac ducks Cotto without pulling Cotto down in weight , thats a handicap what is the matter with you how can you disregard the DUCKING without a CW and then say the weight dont matter , it makes no sense at all .

Floyd is fighting the Cotto Pac ducked , Floyd wins this poll just on that and when he flogs Cotto its a much better win than a weight drained Cotto that said he sacrificed his body at the weight .

You fanboys just ignore so much .

If Floyd is able to dominate and stop Cotto at 154 lbs, it is a better win than Pacquiao's, though not by a large margin. It's not likely to happen though. The conservative call is that Cotto gives Floyd some problems early, Floyd starts to adjust in the middle rounds and comes on late to win a competitive, but clear decision. Cotto isn't a head case like Ortiz, is much better technically, and Floyd doesn't push for knockouts unless the opponent is in terrible shape and has nothing left(or the Ortiz situation).

Cotto has proven he can be beat 2 times now. Pac gets more credit, but it depends on what Cotto turns up on fight night against Floyd!

You cant just say if Floyd stops Cotto and dominates, that sounds all well and good on paper, but people sstill need to see how the fight plays out and see what kind of version of Cotto turns up.

The version of Cotto pac fought was looking good as far as anyone was concerned, and Cotto said he felt great. He could have made excuses before the fight, but didnt. He could have said if Pac beats me it is only cos of the CW.

There's just no way Floyd has the output of punches to break cotto down, if anything he pulls what he did to JMM on Cotto and just dances to a UD. Either way we have another way of comparing Pac and Floyd at the end of the fight, so far Pac's up by one:

                      ODLH - Pac>Floyd
                      Hatton - Pac>Floyd
                      JMM - Floyd>Pac
                      Cotto - ??

My guess is that Cotto gets frustrated this fight but doesn't get beat up, he gets discouraged but fights on anyway to a boring decision win for Floyd. If that's the case then Manny's win is still the better of the two considering Cotto's current state, the weight makes no difference, Cotto is a small soft looking 154lber anyway.
