I watch every fight I can get my hands on, and I assume most of us are the same, so that's not really a fair comparison.

I've seen quite a few ham and egg'ers scrap it out throughout their career, too. Doesn't make me a fan of them just because I'm watching.

Fans of the sport > Fans of fighters.

For sure man i am a fa of boxing in general but there are guys like Gatti Barrera G Johnson etc that you have to love cause they give it all for the fans.

I'm not really a fan of either...but if you press me to decide on who I'd root for in a fight, I'd roll w/ Mayweather because I like his style more. Just wish he'd shut up every other day.

I don't like neither guy, but I do respect Floyd's skills and Pacquiao's physical prowess...

But I'm not gonna lie, I used to be a fan of Floyd even with his arrogant (Are u serious boxingscene is censoring '****y' now?) attitude and everything because it used to make me laugh and still does, but the way he dissed his dad on the ortiz-mayweather 24/7s really rubbed me the wrong way, now I'm like :****you: Floyd like mostly everyone else...

I admire both in the ring immensely.

That said, I have a lot more respect for Pacquiao outside of it.

From the responses looks like most are boxing fans first rather than a fan of a fighter. On the contrary, I'm a fan of Pacquiao first, fuck boxing.
