and demarco is that great since when??? how about against salgado and thats not the first time hes been down either? seems to me the demarco fight is the first linares fight uve seen, so ill tell u. he doesnt have a good chin. now dont waste my time arguing about fighters u clearly dont know anything about.

dont try to change the argument. linares has been down multiple times in his career, amirite? u talking about being caught cold, salgado isnt the type of fighter that knocks ppl out in the first round. irregardless of what u say, the kids chin is suspect and so is his defense.

2. ive said it and ill say it again. u do not know wat you are talking about. linares does not have a good chin, the salgado fight showed that, the whole story of him getting knocked cold in sparring has solidified it. all the demarco fight did for me is show me that he has regressed under roach. his defense was horrible in that fight.

and finally, yes he is a champ and he has a good pro record but that does not change the fact that he has a weak chin and his defense has been bad as of late. if u want proof i suggest u go look for it. dont come in a thread calling ppl ******ed when u clearly dont kno wat ur talking about, that makes u look lame. have a good morning

this was right before the ko to salgado, just like tyson's kd before his fight with douglas, hattons before his with pacquiao

linares has one fight where he has been knocked down legitimately and stopped and now he has a glass chin, despite eating plenty of leather in other fights and not being phased at all, he was only visibly hurt by demarco after having a face full of blood, two gashes and well nearing the end of the 11th round having eaten some odd dozen lefts

if linares has a glass chin due to that one fight with salgado(i dont see how one could say he has a glass chin during the demarco fight)
then so does margarito, legitimately knocked down, legitimately knocked out

thats not a rumor, its a fact, ive heard more than a few ppl who were there comment on it. getting knocked out in sparring is a tough feat to accomplished. getting knocked out by a guy on the level of smith is even worse. if ur argument is that linares has a good chin, good luck with that. lonnie smith isnt a power guy, salgado isnt a power guy. neither are overly skilled yet they both hold kos over linares. linares doesnt have a good chin. if u dont know what it mean to have a good chin then just shut up.
