Khan landed 31% of his punches vs Peterson.

In contrast. Anthony Peterson landed 47% and John Murray landed 38% on Rios

Peterson is a great fighter.. they both have okay defence. The opposition also has something to do with how succesful the are in defending.

No way, Peterson is fast, has good reflexes and movement, which is apart of your defence, not just your guard. Consider also the level Peterson has fought at, and the level Rios has fought at, this is dumb thread of the day for me.

Rios is not a punching bag, but he also isn't far from that. He is a good inside fighter, and can slip a shot or two, but at the moment he is reliant on being bigger and stronger than other fighters, when that is not the case he will get a brutal beating. Fighters like that always do.

Peterson is way more versatile, he can hit and make you miss if it is required. Problem is when you hit your level, like he did against guys like Khan, and Ortiz those type of fights are going to be competitive. Rios has not even really been in with a proper world class fighter yet.
