Floyd is back in his prime...compare what he did to Ortiz, to what he did to Omar...he only threw slow right hands against ortiz...now he using every punch in the arsenal, EVERY SINGLE PUNCH U COULD THINK of, and hooks from odd angles, making them hookercuts, he is countering 6 punch combinations, with 8 punch combinations, from all angles, sharper faster, more accurate, flatfooted, switches it up, and runs, while boxing on the backfoot so he can prove he still has his legs..Floyd is in his prime man Im sorry, I keep getting inpressed by this dude...against Ortiz I thought he lost something, but he so perceptive, he was able to re-perfect his craft...I never seen a guy throw that many accurate compinations, in between YOUR combinations without getting hit..they are like lasers...THAT plus the new power he has, I see this fight playing EXACTLY like the gatti fight..I see Cotto getting TKO'd within 6 rounds..WAAAY too much pressure, WAAAY too many punches, too many counters, improved power, Floyd is just at his BEST, and him walking u down with this sharp as style?..Oh no, I dont see ANYONE lasting 12 rounds with Floyd, ANYONE...And I wouldnt be surprised if he TK0'd Martinez in the 11th round...Floyd wont KO Anyone, but he will damage the hell out of EVERYONE AND TKO them...This guy has finally put all the missing pieces to his style, and became the PERFECT fighter, defense, offense, pressure..U name it, he's doing it!!!! Cotto on a bad day is still superior to a prime Gatti. Yes Cotto gets hit a lot but Mayweather is not going to be throwing 5-6 punch combinations. Cotto has a very sound defense and he only tends to get touched up when he starts to fight with his heart rather than his brain.

Dirrell is simply spending too much time on NSB reading other peoples comments because to imply that Cotto is an average fighter is just disrespectful. He should be the last person commenting on a 3 weight world champion.

Floyd was throwing 8, and 9 punch combinations against Omar, and COUNTERING with 6 and 7 short punch combinations inbetween Omar's combinations...the more punches Cotto throws, the more damage Floyd will do
