I think Rios wins by TKO late. Gatti wasn't the greatest boxer around. That's not to say Rios is much better but I think he might have the edge in power.

Gatti had terribly underrated boxing skills. You got to see them in the Ward, Harrison, Leija fights. I say he would beat Rios convincingly at 140. People think Rios is huge? Gatti was usually a middleweight on fight night when at 140.

rios only wins if his opponents cant take his shots, and we all know gattis chin was second to none in his prime. gatti would wipe the floor with rios, it wouldnt even be entertaining. i cant believe how hyped rios is like for real

All of this^^. Rios will not have his normal size advantage, which is a major part of his strategy, and the fact that Gatti could actually box would give Rios issues.
