As if Mayweather did not know Cotto Team was going to watch...Mayweather did not tip his hand on what he is going to do against Cotto, he is smarter then that

Bottom Line is that Cotto Trainer Watched!

Mayweather never shows his sparring on TV, I doubt he was showing his best. Right when he was streaming and the monitor went blank, i though he is doing again just like on 24/7, but the image came back and I was surprised he was showing the sparring, but I doubt he was going 100%

Quick Observation: Over the past few days in reading articles and threads people were going 'hoopla' that Mayweather was 'beating up' Omar Henry and his sparring partners and it made a big splash. I was wondering why everyone was getting so excited about this and claiming Cotto was going to get beat up worse cause floyd was 'destroying' his sparring partners, now that people actually saw it (and saw that he really wasn't over dominating) Henry- and that's all that Diaz was saying (was that he wasn't impressed). Of course , Mayweather wouldn't show all his stuff in the Vid. That was the whole point, why were people making such a big fuss about the sparring to begin with? Diaz will not train Cotto from this sparring session, no trainer is that dumb. Of course May is 10times better than the Vid- but Diaz is just stating the obvious- its just sparring-- not that impressive ( I agree). Diaz response won't do anything more to make May better.. He is going to be way more than prepared for Cotto-- and Cotto will too.. That's why I wouldn't put too much into sparring and vids and trash talking. Just let them fight in the ring.. Best Man Win! May is the favorite - let's hope for a good fight with a good ending-- either way

The Cubano knows boxing and what he is talking about. The only reason Cotto is going to be competitive in this fight is due to Diaz. I am really hoping for an upset on May 5 to shut the mouths of all of the Cotto's naysayers! No one is invincible!

Throwin even $100 on Cotto off these current odds aint a bad move really.
I hate betting like that in real life. That is usually why I bet friends ain't gotta deal with all that odds shlt. I feel like if you like said fighter then bet no need for odds just flat out bet. Vegas of course is different but just how I feel about it.

LOL @ Floyd tipping his hand. He has only one style of fighting and we know what to expect from him on May 5th. He dictates the fight. The other fighter is the one that has to adjust to his style.

I dont think anybody was impressed by that sparring vid.

Which was to be expected, Floyd isnt gonna show how he's truly training. He isnt an idiot.

Floyd the KO artist? Since when?

Its evident that Floyd is the superior "boxer" of the two but all this talk about Floyd knocking out Cotto is illogical. Before Floyd came into the Welterweight division his KO % was about 70% and that includes all the tomato cans he faced on his way up. As a welterweight, his KO % is below 20%. If you want to talk about punching power, compare their common opponents and analyze the difference. Its very clear who has the punching power advantage which will be extremely important in this fight because of a few reasons. First, Floyd has recently been trying to become more of an aggressive, "pressing forward," type of fighter because he wont sell as many tickets otherwise. I.E. his figts vs. De la Hoya(where the crowd left early) and Baldomir. Secondly, we all know Cotto is one to take a lot of chances; he will be willing to take 2-3 hits (especially from Floyd) to land his 1 solid shot. Over the course of the fight it will be interesting to see how Floyd absorbs his punches. Cotto is arguably the hardest puncher Floyd has faced! Dont forget the fight is at 154 and with 8 oz gloves. If Floyd tries to get too balsy like he did with ortiz he may be hitting th canvas.
