      hmm

Toney's style and size will see him get beat by a motivated Brewster, possibly Byrd, and definitely Wladimir Klitschko.

Klitschko and Brewster I think would pound him. Byrd would beat him in earlier years but now who knows...

Toney vs Lamon, Oleg, and Wlad would be the most interesting fights IMO.

I think Toney will easily outbox Lamon. Toney vs Wlad will be a very competitive fight.

i love brew, but he won't be able to land his shots clean on toney, toney - wlad will be a good fight, but i think james will deal with Byrdy first, shut his mouth for all the trash he's been talkin lately

Toney will be champ...beating Rahman. Everyone else will beat him. He's too small and his style doesn't work for the heavy division. It's funny how everyone praises this guy when he hasn't fought anyone with a pulse...Oh yeah, Ruiz on steroids & an old Evander that even Rahman & Ruiz both beat.

Toney beat Ruiz very soundly. Ruiz fought an equal fight with Golota. Golota beat Byrd. I think Toney is right there in the top 3.

It wasn't as big of a landslide as most people are saying. And Golota beat Ruiz & Byrd imo. The thread isn't if he's in the top 3 it's if he will rule the HW division (undisputed champ). The answer is NO.

He will not rule the HW but he will hold the belt in the nearest future. If the fight with Rahman will come thru, he has a very big chance to win it unless Rahman manages to land something real big. He will struggle with Brewster and Wlad. He would beat Ruiz even without steroids but Ruiz will lose to Valuev so we will never know.
