    Guerrero vs Aydin

By the time this fight takes place, he'll be coming off of an almost 16 month layoff, not to mention he had shoulder surgery in the interim period, which obviously should be more than fully healed by then.

Now Aydin is by no means a world beater, but not exactly the type of fight you would want yourself in coming off such a long lay off in addition to jumping up two weight classes.

You would think his management/promoter would wanna give him a tune up to see how the layoff, weight, and shoulder affect his performance.

I agree Aydin is a tough fight for Guerrero coming off a huge layoff and jumping 2 weight classes. He's a legit Top 10 WW. But, if Guerrero looks like the layoff and weight don't really affect him, than it's a good win to get his name out there at 147. Plus, he's winning the Interim WBC title, which could lead to fights with Khan, Alexander, or the Berto-Ortiz II winner once Floyd vacates his WBC WW title.

I think Team Guerrero and GBP have a lot of faith in him.

Either that or they are overlooking the guy across the ring. I really can't believe they wouldn't put him in a 8-10 rounder first. There have been many GBP cards so far this year and since he's been healed.

Aydin sucks, I mean really really sucks, he's slow, he has stamina issues, and all he does is throws haymakers. Guerrero will not only win but dominate. I don't care how rusty Guerrero is, or the fact that he's knew at this weight, Guerrero wins easy.

Aydin is not technically on the same level as Guerrero, regardless of weight, and that will show itself in the fight.

Tune-up fights mostly are just a waste of time anyway anything he needs to work on he should be able to accomplish during training camp given Aydin isn't that versatile and doesn't do much of anything but come forward the only concoern will prob be the jump in weight but teeing off on someone who's covering up and not throwing can be done in sparring

                Aydin is just dreadful.
