Floyd will never be as great as Aaron Pryor, Sugar Ray or any of the real greats. They faced any opponent that was put in front of them and didn't find excuses, go into retirement when their opponent was mandatory in their prime or trying to financially bid themselves out of a threatening fight. The real greats faught. Floyds not on their level in history.

No matter who Floyd fights from 140-160, he'd be favored to win by the odds makers, and the majority of fans.

There is a **** load of wishful thinking as usual in this thread.

It seems like many of you would get tired of being wrong.

Honestly how many opponents have you all predicted would beat Floyd?

        Be Honest.

After 3-5 wrong predictions it labeled as hope.

Yall know damn well Floyd aint losing to Cotto.

Youd be better off running the shoulda found a better opponent script.

He's not getting ANY younger and took the best challenge out there as soon as he could for a reason. He could have still went solo and fought some bum. But he's not. And Floyd is tight he going to jail and didn't get Pac. I know how he's thinking. Floyd can't run like he used to. Cotto got this.
If "**** with" means hit and sit there waiting for reply then no

It aint happening which is the beauty of watching a Floyd Mayweather fight.

Yall want it to be one way.......

            But its the other way.

who did you think would beat him?

Let me guess Margaritos wide punch plaster hand ass.

And asking a fighter to test is considered ducking if the fighter wont test.

When the fighter realizes what opportunity he missed by no
testing you can call Floyd a coward for not accepting and if
Floyd is on the way to jail bluff like you want to fight and if
his sentence is postponed act like the eye injury from the
fight you just had needs time to heal.

Ive been watching this circus as much as you have without bias.

              I know I know.

The only one i thought had a chance was Shane......like 2005 and before
and yes he stayed the hell away from him long enough.

Other than that Nargarito would have been another Diego Corrales r.i.p.

Floyd was still at 135 when Kostya left I believe

If not.....the Kostya that got beat by Ricky wasnt beating Floyd.

It would have to be a volume puncher with some pop.

None of that Paul Williams quantity no quality shh.

No one is left with the skillset to beat dude so under 160
They may look good against other opponents to the point
it seems like it but all the hidden elements are overlooked
and when that day comes most hopes are shattered.

To this date...only two people seemed to be able to even
get to Floyd....Zab Judah (won the 1st 4 rounds) and JLC.

                    The rest were cakewalks
