I'll play along. Probably Mayweather/Ortiz. Nothing staged about that. Absoulutely no theatre there. Pitch perfect. Young, hungry fighter gets his chance at fighting an undefeated legend, and goes from amped up head hunter to suddenly a clueless, overly-apologetic rookie in the course of a few minutes.

And the referee was fair...but firm, of course. And, totally in control.

My choices; Naseem Hamed over Augie Sanchez; Hearns over Duran; Klitschko over Brock; Tarver over Jones; Carpentier over Kid Berg; and ......

I can't recall the names but years ago, i saw a prelim fight where they came out of the corner for the first round, one fighter extended his glove to touch, the other ignored it and hit him a huge whack, knocking him out with the very first punch of the fight-as if he were shot. It was perfectly legal, but the winner had to defend himself against accusations of bad sportsmanship, saying that they'd already touched gloves in the center of the ring before the first bell, so no more was needed.....

I believe it was about 12 seconds including the count.

Mercer vs Morrison is one of my top KO's of all time.

Morrison was trying go down but Mercer kept throwing uppercuts to keep him up lol

Co-sign, it amazes me how many people forget about the brutality of that beating Morrison took by Mercer. I almost ALWAYS mentioned that fight when threads like this are made.

Other fights that need honorable mention:

                Trinidad TKO over Yori Boy

                Manny KO Over Hatton

                Tua over Ruiz

                Tua over Moore

Just a few random ramblings off the top of my dome...
