Manny is not on the decline.

Manny Pacquiao is the same boxer who fought Barrera and Morales.

He's no different. Its just that he's run out of losers to target, and when that happened, he had to step up against men who can box and move instead of just losers who plod forward and retreat backwards.

Mosley ran but showed that Pacquiao isn't effective at all unless you stand and trade.

JMM simply moved to the sides after punching and left Manny looking confused and desperate.

Manny has NOT improved. If he has in one aspect, its in stamina. His stamina to dart in and out for 12 rounds is impressive.


As a technical boxer, no he hasn't even made any adjustments.

His approach and methods are ALL the same with some added stamina.

I can't agree at all with the bold. In this case as a PBF fan I can mostly agree with that because asking for all of the ppv money is just flat out wrong. But it has been well documented that managers and promoters majority of the time mess up the fights that fans want to see.

at the lower weights pacquiao was more wild and aggressive relying alot on his straight left punch...as pac moved up in weight his style changed a bit from being strictly wild and aggressive to more patient and learning to counter and pick his shots..he also started using his right hand more than he used to. just watch his fight with someone like ledwaba or barrera 1 and compare it to his fights from 130+...you can argue that pac hasn't improved since 2008..but to say pac hasn't improved or at least changed his style at all and is the same fighter that beat guys like ledwaba and barrera 1 is ridiculous.

I agree with you especially when star boxers are not involved. But not in this case. Floyd Mayweather Jr has all the power in the world to make this fight happen if really wanted it. If he comes in a position where he really wants this fight for reasons such as it's for the good of the sport, challenge himself and prove he's the best, as well as for the fans, there's no one in the world that can stop this fight from happening. Unfortunately, not one of those I mentioned is part of his way of looking at it.
