Yea he opens up later and starts tagging him pretty good. Not as much as I was expecting to see, but I suppose exaggeration is always part of sparring folklore.

He's a monster and he's gonna give Cotto the ass kicking of a lifetime. Fcuk.

The video missed the last 5 or so minutes, which was the worst for Henry.

Ok. It's just that Henry is always pudgy looking and the guy in the video was in pretty good shape, didn't look like him at all. Also Henry was sparring with his hands down and kind of show boating, not using his Cotto-esque style.

For the stage of camp he is at this was good work , its about building the core strength at this stage , I dont think Floyd landed a combo and his timing and speed " should " be off now ,,,, good solid work from the champ .

Is Henry's fight style similar to Cotto's?

absolutely. They don't call him baby Cotto for nothing.

He blocked most of Omar's body shots and hooks with his elbows, gloves, and shoulder. It's amazing how he can stood there like his feet are planted on cement, and still being able to made his opponents miss.

It's just a spar, wasn't a dominating performance from Floyd nor was it a particularly good emulation of Cotto by Henry in my opinion.
