Tijuana fighter Marvin Quintero and Filipino Al Sabaupan will battle it out for the right to face the lightweight champion of the International Boxing Federation (IBF), Miguel Vazquez. Quintero (24-3, 20 KOs) vs. Sabaupan (18-0-1, 13 KOs) will take place on huge Mexico City card on April 14th, which features Juan Manuel Marquez in the main event against Sergey Fedchenko for the WBO's interim title at 140-pounds.
