    Martinez should fight Kirkland next

Both are coming off recent wins. Kirkland is a good name to have at 154. Then he can get floydie on may 5th next year

No he shouldn't. Kirkland looked less than stellar in 7 of those 10 rounds with Kirkland was losing. Regardless of Molina's holding 118 times/every 15 seconds, he was losing. Sergio should fight Kirkland if Kirkland beats Molina or Canelo.

Sergio should fight Golovkin or Andy Lee next in August. Than, shoot for Floyd in December.

Nothing against Kirkland, but he wouldn't last more than a couple rounds against Sergio.

        That's unbelievably ******.

Just stopped it. You don't fight a guy coming off a DQ win, when he was losing.

        And unrealistic. Its not happening,

Yeah, I'm with Right on this one...based on their last performances I don't see that fight doing anything but derailing Kirkland's career further with the ass whooping he takes.

I mean, Kirkland looked sluggish to me; slow- and the way he plods forward, even a less than peak Martinez would probably be able to catch him often and cleanly. With the way Sergio hits, I see James taking a Paul Williams style face nap.

Sergio would use his speed and pick his shots; I say Martinez KO4.

I like Kirkland, I find him entertaining and he clearly gives it his all, so I don't really want him to face Martinez. I don't think the win would prove almost anything for Sergio, and he really should keep defending his belt instead of putting junior middleweights to sleep.

Kirkland would be embarrassed....Anne Wolf would pimp slap him in between rounds.

Actually i think Anne Wolf would tell Kirkland to take his gloves off so she can fight Martinez herself LMAO

Wolfe would never let that happen. Martinez needs to fight Chavez, Sturm, Pirog, Golovkin, Lee, etc. in his own division.

i agree on the nap. kirkland doesn't have much in the defensive department and i think his chin is somewhat poor. but he has enough heart that i think martinez would have to put him down a couple times. i also think martinez does a better job against southpaws. i couldnt see it going past 6

it would be a brutal beating ending in a 5th round flat on your face ko

                    What? Is the TS dilusional?

Kirk would be brutally KO'd in less than 3rds. Kirck is over hyped and a overated.
