He has already given a good explanation that it was a bureaucratic mess up (don't all bureaucracies do it) because he'd changed his tax province residence. nd other observers have pointed out that all friends of the former President have been or are being victimised in some way. Without being anywhere near opposition leadership, Pacquiao is still a possible political threat and this would be a good way to embarrass him back into private life.

Pacquiao is a dumb ass. Who made him get a hooker pregnant? Who made him gamble, party, get drunk out of his mind and neglect his wife? Who??? Pac fans are hypocrites. I would not want Pacquiao being the President of a 7/11 in my country. Why would the people vote for a guy to lead them when he is confused? All his counter lawsuit is going to do is expose him some more.

Pac didn't make 35 million in those two fights. He hasn't made 35 million in his last five fights.

40Mill is nothing for the magnitude of the fight and how much money it would generate. As a Floyd fan, Floyd is being more than greedy.
What percentage of the profits from the Marquez fight did Pac receive? What percentage will he get from the Bradley fight? Neither of us can answer those questions, but I would bet everything I own that he is not getting 30 percent of the profits from those fights, let alone 50 percent; and he carried/is carrying those fight by himself. The haters said Floyd should have demanded random drug testing from the beginnning of his career instead of starting with the Pac fight. I say the same thing about Pac. If he wanted 50 percent against Mayweather, he shouldn't have taken 10 percent in all his other fights promoted by Arum.

This is a case of a ******* taking the facts and twisting them to suit your opinion. He is not being charged with a crime for not paying back taxes. He is being charged criminally because he refused to turn over records that were requested by the Filipino IRS on several occasions. If you are audited by the IRS and you refuse to attend the audit hearing, refuse to provide the requested records and refuse to cooperate in any way, you will have criminal charges filed against you. There are no excuses that Pac can make to justify his behavior in this case.

                      So...not to bash...

But is Pac pursuing legal action because they called him out on it? Is that what I gathered from this "article"? If anyone has any more info on this or wants to correct me, feel free. No offense if I have my "facts" wrong but that's what it looked like.

That's like me suing someone for them catching me stealing their car? lol...what? Just show em the papers bro...
