Chavez is untested and protected by the WBC, I can't see him beating Martinez yet.

Some people think this is an easy fight for Martínez but it isn´t. Jr. has enough experience to force Martínez to fight, strenght and a super solid chin. And we all know what happened to Martínez when Margarito took the fight to him, he gave him the beating of his life.

Chavez isn't as untested and isn't as protected as people make him out to be.

Maybe a few years ago he was...But, people forget that this fool didn't have an amateur background. He was learning on the job.

I think Chavez gets the victory. It will be a good fight though. UD....but you have to wonder just how many of those Sergio punches Julio can take? He does indeed block a lot of shots with his face.

Martinez will beat the breaks off of Chavez....the kid is going to see what it is like to face a p4p boxer....dude has never fought a top tier boxer before.

IF this fight happens which i believe it will ill beat a feww mill on chavez

macklin dsidnt have a good defense and you saw what he did,,, jr is class'es above macklin and i believe macklin exposed some weak spots in martinez

Funny that he is a southpaw who throws the right (jab) to set up the left (straight). Macklin had a good defensive strategy early on but he tired and Sergio is a fitness freak, Chavez is a party animal out of the ring, he will tire after the 7th round after eating flush jabs and taking those lefts to the body that Martinez likes to throw.

Give Martinez anyone on Julio's resume and Martinez KO's them....I'l bet you 50 million that Martinez beats Chavez if and when they fight

LOL, no not really....Bradley is VASTLY UNDERRATED on these boards. He should already be a top 5 p4p guy but he isn't popular enough and people just think he wins fights off of headbutts. The guy is smart man...he is going to size Pac up and shut him down.....just like he has done to every single other opponent he has fought before.

You line em up and Martinez will take em down..the guy only loses if the refs rip him off. He uses distance ver well, Chavez can't jab for sch!t, he will lunge in with a wide hook and eat a stiff straight in the nose - to fill you in, Martinez usually only uses the right and straight left combo because that's usually all he needs to win the fight.....that is what elite players are able to do...KO the other guy only using 2 punches and fighting with no defense at all - kind of like always winning while only giving it 50% huh?
