I'm not a fan of Molina's mini John Ruiz style but he deserved to finish the fight and Kirk deserved a chance to win convincingly. That being said, Molina has now given Jcc Jr, Lara and Kirkland pure matchup hell and has a solid case for winning every one of those fights. I didn't like the way Kirk couldn't adjust during the fight and looked plain confused at times. That version of Kirk would not beat the top 5 or 10 Jr Middles. How about Pwill vs Lara 2 and Molina vs Kirk 2 on the same card.

Dont understand why everyone freakin on james for this fight. NO-ONE will ever look good against molina, his style just won't allow for it. I believe molina should have been given the chance to finish that fight though, clearly ahead on the scorecards and kirkland was comin back aswell, would have made for a great finish however it turned out. Molina has heart and should have been given the chance to finish. was hard to watch that........man anyone of us would have been choked if we were molina.... peace

I kinda agree Lara would thouroughly beat Kirkland Canelo would beat Kirkland , Kirkland is way overhyped his chin isnt very good , and he looked slow and not very technical and gets hit too easily.kirkland is going to have ti seriously improve if he wants to be taken seriousley

Kirkland is an animal, a pressure fighter, relies heavily on his power (which he should). But he lacks some basic fundamental boxing skills, mainly in the defense department. Kirkland is very vulnerable when he throws, a good counter puncher will tear him apart one of these days.

Yeah I agree , I dont think much of kirkland at all , can punch but over all over rated .
