You are talking Orlando Salido right? The featherweight
And Danny Garcia the super lightweight?
Salido 5'6" 67" reach
Garcia 5'9" 69" reach
Salido is probably the better fighter but he isn't exactly a wizard in there so I don't think he is really the sort to do good against a much larger man.
I don't know how much lower Garcia can go, I don't think he has ever come in below 139 and he really doesn't look like he has a lot extra he could easily spare.
137 would probably be the max he could give, if he could go lower he would be a lightweight.
I just don't think Salido could overcome the way he fights.
I think Mikey has more skills but he has never been tested as he would against a guy like Salido, he could either kill him or get chewed up or anywhere inbetween.

I really have no clue, Mikey Garcia is a quality prospect and has beat some decent guys but no one like Salido, so it is really hard to say how he responds. He could easily whoop his ass because he has so much more talent but if he doesn't apply that talent properly a vet like Salido could mess him up.
I don't even know who I would favor I guess Salido slightly because he is a more known quantity, if I had to bet I would put money on whoever the dog was and if the odds were tight I would not bet a lot.
