This is the first prime opponent for Manny since Jorge Solis. His best opponent selection since Marquez in 08'. His first actual real legit fight since Cotto. I guess Clottey was okay but he hadn't even won a fight in 2 years by the time they fought.

I think we can all sit back and at the very least enjoy the fact that we are getting two good fights from Floyd and Manny. Manny is fighting Bradley and Floyd is fighting Cotto at 154, good fights. Important fights for both. Manny really needed to fight a good fight after 3-4 really really crappy ones in a row. And Floyd really needed to get Cotto on his resume while Cotto can still fight. Cotto hasn't been prime since his 2008 loss to Margarito, but he's been past his prime-still good since.

I fully expect Floyd and Manny to win, but it won't be the walk in the park a ton of their fans think it will be.
