Kirkland Pre-Fight, Post-Fight Drug Test

Kirkland refusing to take a drug test should be grounds for a DQ. Does anyone know if he took the post-fight drug test? If they asked and he refused is that be grounds for a reversal? In Nevada he would not get away with it, refusing a post fight drug test he the win would be changed to a no contrest. Does anyone know the rule in TX? Don't bring up Chavez, because the TX commission forgot to give the drug test, that did not happen here.
