One thing I do know for sure is that Garcia aint no good. He will be stopped by any top fighter. Morales is shot.

Another thing I know is that the HBO announcers completely suck and have for some time. Most people's thoughts are swung by them. They are clearly bias for one fighter or another in every fight.

everyone: It may have been close, but Garcia obviously won.

TS: You all suck ass at scoring boxing. I can't believe how I'm the only one who knows how to score.

I dont know any of you idiots. Ill take my opinion and that of my dads who's watched boxing for 40 years of you fanboy noobs.

Much closer than the cards, 115-112 I think I had, only the British judge had it even being close...then again after Van Hoy's card from the Kirkland/Molina bout I'm starting to give up on this sport.

I was at the fight, and didn't need the HBO announcers to tell me Garcia was winning.

You and your daddy are the biased one, this is the internet son, you and your dad can go *** urselves

He might be better than average, but he sure looks average to me, IMO.
Yep, García won and I also had it 115-112, but the kid is nothing special IMO. He has good speed, but other than that he lacks power (he's not feather fisted, but he isn't that powerful either) and his technique is not something great, even Morales was making fun of the wide hooks that García was throwing.

i had it a draw going into the 11th, could've scored one round wrong tho, didn't pay much attention to it, anyway, after the knockdown, it was over for morales

I too had it close. I had Morales winning the 11th before the knockdown. He just got too careless. As far as Garcia he is quick, but he only fights in spots. I think once he knew he was winning the fight going away he started to coast and he just wanted to ride out the rest of the fight because of his lead on the scorecards. And to say he wanted to coast says a lot because he only fights 1minute per rd.

I thought Morales fought a smart fight, but he was just not in great shape to go 12 rds. At this weight Morales losing was bound to happen, these guys are just too big, hit too hard, and he can't get a ko when he needs one because these guys are so much bigger.

If he was just matched correctly, like Hopkins is, he could still have a future, if only he would be willing to get down to 135 where he belongs, he would be much more successful.

                    dare i say?......i had it 114-113 morales.

i'll admit there was one round where i could have given it to garcia, it was either the 8th or the 10th. i didn't give him credit for all the right hands to the hip he was landing and preferred morales scoreable blows and work in whichever round that was.

no problem with garcia winning, but those official scores are terrible. anything along the lines of 114-113/115-112 for garcia would have been ok with me

I had it 114-113 for Morales. It was close and I wouldn't have minded a ud for Garcia, but not by that wide of a margin. WTF is going on in texas. What they did to Campillo and Molina is nothing short of disgraceful. **** like this reminds why boxing isn't nearly as popular as it once was.
